Studio Kaye is a boutique residential design studio based in Ridgefield, Washington, serving clients nationwide. For over five years, our team of women has created homes that feel personal, purposeful and grounded.

Every home is different, so timelines flex with your scope. Here is what to expect.

Discovery + Concept
2 TO 6 WEEKSThis is where we get to know you. How you live. What you love. How you want your home to feel. Questionnaires, mood boards and physical samples set the creative foundation for everything that follows.

Design + Documentation
4 TO 24 WEEKSWith direction confirmed, we get to work. Floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings come together while we source and specify every finish, fixture and furnishing. Your contractor gets everything needed to build it exactly as intended.

Procurement
1 TO 2 WEEKSEvery approved item is ordered, tracked and received through our warehouse partner. Nothing reaches your home until our team has inspected and cleared it.

Project Support
FOLLOWS YOUR BUILDWe stay present through construction. On site, in step with your contractor and trades, and ready to resolve the details that only reveal themselves in the real space. Your eyes and ears from day one to the last.

Install + Reveal
1 TO 2 WEEKSThe moment it all comes together. We direct every placement and style each room from top to bottom. Then we walk you through your finished home for the very first time.
YOUR INVESTMENT
Thoughtful design takes time. We are transparent about it.
Every project is one of a kind, so we bill hourly for the time your home truly needs. Design fees typically land as a percentage of your total project budget, including construction, materials and furnishings.
After we meet, you will receive a personalized fee range. We keep you informed the whole way. No surprises.
